Notre porc effiloché suisse, mijoté lentement jusqu’à être ultra fondant, est prêt à être utilisé comme bon vous semble : dans un sandwich, un taco, une salade ou même à la cuillère. Livré dans un plat en aluminium, prêt à être réchauffé au four (200°C pendant 15–20 minutes) ou placé directement sur le barbecue.Portion de 750g – convient pour 3 à 5 personnes selon l’usage.
