Le Bun de Porc Effiloché
Le porc effiloché, c’est un véritable travail d’amour. Cuit lentement à basse température pour obtenir une viande fondante, notre mélange d'épaule et de collet de porc est effiloché à chaud puis nappé de notre sauce BBQ maison, riche, fumée et légèrement sucrée.
Le porc est livré prêt à réchauffer au four.
Vous n’avez plus qu’à réchauffer le pain brioché, ajouter le porc effiloché BBQ bien chaud et finir avec une généreuse cuillère de coleslaw maison pour créer le parfait bun.
