Chez nous dans le Kentucky, la salade de pommes de terre est si copieuse qu’elle peut carrément faire office de plat principal ! Pommes de terre fondantes, céleri croquant, oignons frais, herbes aromatiques, morceaux de bacon croustillants et œufs durs… le tout lié par une délicieuse mayonnaise maison.
À servir bien frais avec un verre de vin blanc, une salade verte et une soupe froide — parfait après une journée à la plage ou au bord du lac !

Loaded Kentucky Potato Salad
In Kentucky, our potato salad doesn’t mess around — it’s practically a meal on its own! We mix tender potatoes with crunchy celery, spring onions, fresh herbs, crispy bacon, and chopped hard-boiled eggs, all brought together with our creamy house-made mayo sauce.
Perfect with a crisp white wine, a fresh green salad, and maybe a chilled summer soup — dinner is sorted after a long day at the lake.
